On Sunday the 10th of November 2019 we welcomed you all at our Coffee Cupping Disco!

Our Charity Subject was Trias ngo, they are committed worldwide to connect and strengthen entrepreneurial people and organizations. Tropix works together with Trias by supporting their coffee project on woman-friendly coffee in El Salvador, the Los Pinos coffee cooperative. Melanie D. Nunes from Tropix traveled in 2018 with Trias to El Salvador and worked actively with the farmers on the Los Pinos coffee plantation. In El Salvador, she experienced the impact of direct and fair trade coffee.

Cupping Coffee Import Guests
We took you on a trip through unique coffee flavors and aromas by cupping various coffees, imported by different coffee import guests:
- Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle (El Salvador)
- The Coffee Quest Europe (Amsterdam)

We welcomed everyone with great enthusiasm in a beautiful historic castle.
